Archaeologist

I heart Summer.

Deck Lunch

Cousins I
Picking up the Cousins from Tubing.
We were laughing so hard because there was barely space for the cousins and tubes.
Girl O. is back there somewhere and Boy O. is holding my hat for me.

Buddy Love and Reiley
Someone dropped a stray off at our house-
Darren calls him Black Dog and Connor and O. call him Reiley.

Cousins II

Cousins III
O. is making sure Connor's float doesn't go into the deep part.
:)

Cookie Ice Cream

Grilling

We were able to get a sitter for Carlee and watch Monsters University.
It was such a good movie.

Connor is like Mike, his head barely reaches the square.

I am Sully.

I was a little nervous about the Lowe's Hardware Clinic.
When we got there, there was no teaching or help.

They hand you a kit and you go for it.
I pulled out my number two pencil and started marking like I was a professional.
(I am NOT a professional.  I've used a hammer like twice in my life.)

We were the last two left in the room....

but Connor created a good looking Monsters University chest.

Multitasking Yoga Moves and brushing teeth

All Aboard to a Great Day

Yesterday we had a fun trip to Tweetsie Railroad
It was a great day,
up until the very end.
See HERE.

We had a BIG time!

If he is driving,
I am getting OFF.

Time to Ride with the Wind!

Meditation in a Tee Pee

Giddy Up- Bulls Eye

Looking out for Mean Cowboys

Ready to Race!

Carlee was my tiny driving partner.

Already in the Lead

Mom, I don't trust your driving.

Cool Magic Show

Connor:  I do magic tricks.
Magician:  Really?  What kind?
Connor:  I put two coins in my hand, head first, and tell my parents to guess tails. Then when they are not looking I hide them and they disappear.
Magician:  hmmmm. ok. good luck.

Rest in Peace
at Tweetsie

Spiderman
at Tweetsie

Everybody loves Tweetsie

Throwing Gangsta signs right before we enter the Big, Bad
Mouse Mine.

Carlee wanted to get out and play at the Mouse Mine.

Two Babies

Mining for gold or just trying to get wet and dirty.

Want some goat food?

We had a bad tumble on the deer path.
She fell face first in the pavement, busting her lip.
Poor Baby

The Llama turns one today-
Happy Birthday.

Walking Trail
The weather was 75 degrees.
Blowing Rock offers beautiful scenery,
and it was a gorgeous day.

I fought the nap,
and the nap won.

It was a little downcast, and it did sprinkle a little rain.
(Nothing that slowed us down.)

My little baby was up there.
Connor (terrified of heights) said a prayer for Carlee.

Can Can Girls

Connor RED FACED from watching the Can Can Girls

Connor and the Can Can Girls-
Carlee can't take her eyes off the feathers.

Thanks Nana for the road trip!
